Depending on your commercial maturity and risk appetite, three configurations are available. All include accreditation, insurance, and a dedicated Partner Project Lead.
All rates are ex-VAT, per child, for 12 days full-board, group transport included from Paris or Marseille. Yachting and Golf: separate quotation. No hidden costs.
The €850 net rate covers the entire ground operation. You remain responsible only for recruiting your campers and invoicing your end clients.

The net rate is public. Here are three retail-price scenarios to visualise your margin.
For 50 children: €17,500 margin.
For 100 children: €45,000 margin.
For 200 children: €130,000 margin.
Gross margin before your sales and overhead costs. The market for international stays for 7-18-year-olds sells in France between €1,200 and €1,800 for 10-14 days.
Three written, contractual commitments. You protect your client relationship; we carry the operational risk.
You can cancel a cohort up to 21 days before departure without penalty (postponement to the next cohort or full refund of deposits paid). No justification needed. Commercial risk stays on your side; operational risk stays with us.
21d no feesIf an incident during the cohort (medical, security, child management) generates a complaint from your end client involving your brand, we handle the crisis communication and legal defence under our cross-RCP. Your brand is protected.
Crisis management includedStandardised post-trip questionnaire, dual signature child + parent. If overall satisfaction falls below 85 % (verified by our independent auditor), we credit 50 % of the net rate toward the next cohort you entrust to us.
85 % sat or 50 % creditYour structure (holiday centre, MJC, campsite…) remains the principal contractor toward your end client (parent, city hall, association). Nawrass is your designated co-contractor on the «Morocco operation and group transport» portion. Our framework agreement provides for cross-RC pro, a subrogation clause for incidents, and segmented responsibility (you = client relationship, us = ground operations). Model validated by a tourism-law specialist solicitor.
It depends on the model:
· Co-branding: yes — «X × Nawrass» logos on materials, the name appears in the T&Cs as co-contractor.
· White Label: no — your brand only. Animator uniforms carry your logo, the contract is under your single entity (Nawrass is mentioned in a technical ground-operator clause, barely visible).
· TO Wholesale: not to the end client, yes in your back-office (you know who operates).
Yes. You choose your catalogue: some partners only sell Sport and Adventure profiles; others position only on Languages and Cultural. You can also offer tailored configurations on request (specific dietary needs, single-gender groups, adapted supervision). Yachting and Golf are available at separate rates (quote on request).
You invoice your end client at your retail price. Nawrass invoices you the net rate (€850/child) with a 30 % deposit on cohort signature (D-90), 70 % balance on camper return. Invoicing in Chorus Pro format for public structures, EDI for tour operators. Standard term: NET 60. NET 30 on seasonal commitment.
None in Co-branding (you test without commitment). In White Label: 100 children/year minimum (cumulated across the season). In Wholesale TO: 300 children/year and 3-year framework. If you don't reach the minimum in year 1, we re-evaluate the conditions without penalty (downgrade to co-branding for example).
Yes from Paris CDG/Orly and Marseille MRS: direct flight accompanied by our team to Casablanca CMN or Tangier TNG. Included in the €850 net rate. For departures from other cities (Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes, Lille…), we coordinate the TGV transfer or air supplement (+€80 to +€180/child depending on the city).
Our animators are BAFA-equivalent and work only on Nawrass team in Morocco — they do not mix with your French animators if you don't send anyone. If you want to send 1 or 2 partner animators (per cohort of 50), we cover their return trip and accommodation. This can strengthen your bond with your campers and provide marketing content for your brand.
Our framework provides for three scenarios:
1. French cancellation (border closed, government measure): postponement to the next season free of charge or 100 % refund.
2. Moroccan cancellation (our operation cannot be delivered): we refund 100 % of sums paid within 30 days.
3. Minor modification (site change, date shift of a few days): we absorb the additional cost without invoicing the end client.
